Graphene Pro Coat

The product Graphene Pro Coat is a hard coating and is designed to provide the highest possible and continuous protection to painted surfaces.

The molecular structure forms a wafer-thin non-stick layer that is extremely dirt-repellent, durable, and hard. This protective layer enhances the shine and color of the paint surface.

The high-performance particles of Graphene Pro Coat chemically bond with the surface and cover the paint pores. After curing, they form a high-gloss protective layer. This very simple surface optimization protects the paint from damage caused by oxidation, salt, acids, corrosion, and insect residue.

Thanks to the high-performance particles on the surface, the coating makes the paint harder and more scratch-resistant (approximately 50-55%) than conventional paints. The new, environmentally friendly, water-soluble paints, in particular, are very soft in composition. Even if you wash your vehicle by hand, signs of wear will appear over time. Graphene Pro Coat minimizes or even prevents these effects.

Graphene Pro Coat prevents corrosive and acidic products from attacking the clear coat. Paint surfaces permanently retain their original appearance. The product is non-yellowing and abrasion-resistant.

Service life

One applied layer of Graphene Pro Coat lasts approximately 18 months. To maintain the protection and shine for a longer time, you can apply multiple coats (see product instructions).

Storage and shelf life

At room temperature and in tightly closed original containers, Graphene Pro Coat can be stored for at least 12 months at a storage temperature between 10°C and 25°C.

Protect the product from direct sunlight and frost!

General product information:

Factors such as the type of paint system, paint condition, product processing (pre-cleaning, processing temperature, drying time, curing), etc., can influence the product's effectiveness and performance duration. Therefore, fluctuations in product properties cannot be ruled out.

To note after application:

After 9-10 days, the coating is fully cured and provides complete protection. Until then, the coating is still sensitive to heavy wear. Bird droppings and insect remains should therefore be removed as quickly and carefully as possible to prevent damage to the paint.

During the first 14 days, the surface must not be exposed to any mechanical stress or strong friction (e.g. through a machine car wash or hand washing with a brush).

Care:

With proper care, you can significantly extend the protection life of the coating! Make sure you only use care products that have the same water-repellent properties as the coating. We advise against using additional hot wax sealants (e.g., in car washes), as the wax forms an additional film on the surface and weakens the hydrophobic properties of the coating.

P305+P351+P338 - IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

EUH208 - Contains 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane; 3-(triethoxysilane)-propan-1-amine. May produce an allergic reaction.
